Sharing knowledge about surviving in the creative industries

Haus is delighted to be joining a panel of representatives at Lancaster University's Making it Happen in the Arts - Creative Enterprise Programme, called Grow Creative. We're very passionate about sharing knowledge, and are really looking forward to it!
On Saturday 13th November, we'll be on a panel of film and media representatives. It's a film industry panel for Global Entrepreneurship Week 2010 in collaboration with Workshop Productions and the Reel Vision network. It's designed to raise awareness of, and provide motivation towards, entrepreneurial careers and self-employment in film. We're delighted to have been asked to take part, and hope our mix of film production and exhibition experience will provide a unique point of view.
We'll also be advising at the session "What can I do for you?" on Tuesday 16th November. This will involve helping students at Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts learn about managing stakeholders, and understanding their needs and agendas - and how to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders too.
