Culture Lab Onsite
We worked with Culture Lab to provide embedded public outreach consultancy for their new project space OnSite, which sought to enliven the city centre of Newcastle with interesting culture, arts and technology research and events.
With the intention of creating a space that the creative public of Newcastle can interact with, OnSite extended community engagement initiatives outside of the university campus. They assisted in designing and implementing partnership projects between creative industry partners and the university.
Through public events and projects, Culture Lab create an increased public awareness of teaching subjects at Newcastle University, and the OnSite provided an accessible, dynamic off-campus environment for research, engagement and creativity.
We provided PR and consultancy services, to assist in promoting the space to a broader audience, and to help act as a catalyst for new encounters and collaborations.
